Dear Jeff, I work at Tulane University’s School of Public Health, with the Maternal and Child Public Health Leadership Training program. My program cosponsors, with Tulane’s Prevention Research Center, a communication seminar series on topics related to public health and communication. To date, our only involvement with Naked Pizza has been that we tend to serve it at our seminars. :) But we were thinking recently what a great example you are of developing a business that is also helping to shift people’s ideas about food and health.
